Cheese Grits

  • 1 1/2 cup Carolina Plantation Stone-Ground Grits (white or yellow)
  • 6  cups water
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese (sliced)

Cook grits according to directions until thickened.
Add butter and cheese to grits and melt.
 
Add and mix well:

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 10 drops Tabasco Sauce
  • 5 well beaten eggs
  • 2 or 3 mashed garlic cloves.  

Place mixture in casserole and bake 350 for about 40 to 50 minutes.
