Cheese Grits

- 1 1/2 cup Carolina Plantation Stone-Ground Grits (white or yellow)
- 6 cups water
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese (sliced)
Cook grits according to directions until thickened.
Add butter and cheese to grits and melt.
Add and mix well:
- 1 tsp. salt
- 10 drops Tabasco Sauce
- 5 well beaten eggs
- 2 or 3 mashed garlic cloves.
Place mixture in casserole and bake 350 for about 40 to 50 minutes.
